Paint Guy Tips

  1. HAVE YOUR NEW CAR PAINT-PROTECTED! Ceramics or paint protection film (PPF). Do it as soon as you take delivery.
  2. DON’T LET THE DEALER DO IT! Drive the new car from the dealership to a reputable paint protection/detailing shop.
  3. DON’T PUT IT OFF! Rock chips can happen in the first few days of car ownership!
  4. THINK ABOUT WRAPPING THE FRONT AND CERAMIC COATING THE REAR! The front of the car is what needs protection from rock chips and road debris.
  5. PAINT PROTECTION WILL PROBABLY PAY FOR ITSELF! If you trade your car in when it is four or five years old and the paint is in poor condition, its trade-in value will be adversely affected — a lot.
  6. PAINT PROTECTION NOW IS CHEAPER THAN A RE-PAINT LATER!
